٣ملاعق قهوة تركية ” متوفرة بالمطحنة” ☕️
٣ملاعق سكر “حسب الرغبة” ◻️

الطريقة : .
نحط السكر بالماي و نخليه لما يغلي و نضيف عليه القهوه بالتدريج و نحوسها “نحركها” و نردها على النار ◻️⤵️🚰☕️🔃♨️
من تبدي تغلي نوخرها على النار و نكرر العملية لما يتغير وجه القهوة ♨️🔃👌

Ingredients :
150 ml of water 🚰
3 tbsp of Turkish coffee ☕️
3 tbsp of sugar ( your choice ) ◻️

Steps of making :
.
Add the sugar into the water till it boils then add the coffee by parts and stir it continuously ◻️⤵️🚰☕️♨️🔃
When it gets boiling remove it from the heat and repeat this method till the coffee topping looks differently ♨️🔃👌
