How to improve your English? um here is the answer
For the listening skill : Movies , songs and conversations
For the speaking skill : conversations, pronunciation self training ,electronic dictionaries and talking translators
For the Reading skill : in order to improve that skill , you have to enrich your language with as much of academic vocabularies as you can. Then you should improve your English understanding sense , not to mention that the skimming and skipping skills are needed in th English language
For the writing skill : I believe it is the hardest among all as you precisely need to include all the above skills together besides, add some more advanced skills. In the academic writing , your grammar has to be more than perfect, your vocabularies have to be high registered words so instead of saying baby , you might want to say infant. Moreover, one of the most important element in the writing is critical thinking. your opinions are not acceptable as a support to your article. you can ; however, support your opinions with facts.
