Keep Fit
Which do you like more, French Fries or cabbage? Which type of food you eat will make a difference if you want to keep fit. If you eat more carbohydrates and protein, your body will be very pleased. But if you eat a lot of fat and very little protein, your body will, once again, break down muscles. So note well what you eat.
Besides, many people eat less to lose weight. Sure, you'll lose weight, however, you're not keeping fit, the weight lost is not from fat, they are from muscles, nerves, and other useful living tissues. In fact, less than 1% of your weight lost from fat if you eat less.
If the amount of muscle is reduced, your body can't burn as much calories as before. We cannot use all the calories we eat and it leads to an excess of calories which will be stored as fat.
All these actually make the problem worse, you'll never become fit only by eat less. So in addition to your diet, you should also pay attention to what exercise you should do.

April 12 ,1961 , is one of the most important dates in the history of mankind .On that day, the first manned space flight took place . Only eight years later, a man set foot on the moon for the first time . At 2.56 on July 21 , 1969 , Neil Armstrong spoke words that have gone down in history: One small step for a man , on giant step for mankind . ` Equally famous are the words he spoke 6.5 hours earlier on July 20 , 1969 , when the lunar module Eagle first touched down: `The Eagle has landed .` `The astronauts `stay on the Moon lasted for 21.5 hours before their module lifted off to rejoin the orbiting command module Columbia

Saving water
Last year, I've joined the environmental campaign to water flowers with used water." saving water is not only an issue related to country leaders but it's also closely related to ourselves. If you waste a drop of water every day then you'll lose a barrel or several barrels of water in a year."
The main purpose of the Campaign was to bring the message of saving water to community. We were divided into 3 different levels. The sixth and seventh grades collected tips for saving water. For eighth and ninth grade students, we wrote small stories about saving water. And we did some practical experiments to save water in school as well as at home. Some of my colleagues designed a questionnaire and asked adults to fill them and left a comment for them.
My parents knew little about saving water. However, since I took part in the event, to help me out they learnt a lot too. And for myself, I don't waste water any more.
I am really happy and proud to join the campaign. To be a water saver is enough to be proud of, but back in my daily life, I will still be myself and help protect the environment through doing tiny things everyday together with my family. Water is precious save it for your future
