Car Accidents

Car accidents happen almost daily in Kuwait. There are many different reasons for such accidents which happen both in high ways and in residential areas. We are going to discuss one of the main reasons of car accidents especially in residential areas. Careless drivers who drive their cars at a very high speed cause most accidents in Kuwait , those young drivers drive without any consideration to laws and rules endangering people's lives and putting their own lives at risk.
Some people argue that those careless drivers should be completely banned from driving because they are the cause of killing or even injuring a lot of people, people go farther and say that those drivers should even be put into prison.
Other people say that we should give them another chance to be better , we should make them aware of the dangers they cause. They argue that fines are enough for those drivers or that they can be banned from driving for a certain time.

I think that all drivers should respect traffic rules and regulations , drivers who exceed the speed limits should be punished , they should be banned from driving because the kill other people or even kill themselves. They should always remember that the life they safe may be THEIR OWN LIFE.
