- Marketing & Business Development (Grasp opportunities to grow demand base in Kuwait)
- PR / Media (Spread EasyTaxi Love and hit the media without latest updates & features)
- Plan and execute exciting marketing campaigns and partnerships on an ongoing basis.
- Huge emphasis on customer support: Tame upset riders and turn them into passionate evangelists
- Respond to high volume of emails & support issues promptly
- Monitor *******, ********, ********* & other relevant sites and actively participate in discussions across communities, social networks & blogs
- Build loyalty and get our early adopters to fall in love with Easy taxi all over again
- Develop innovative processes that will increase team efficiency
- Determine quality metrics and analyze performance to find areas for improvement as we grow
