كاثرين إليزابيث هدسن (بالإنجليزية: Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson‏) (مواليد 25 أكتوبر 1984) تعرف باسمها الفني كايتي بيري (بالإنجليزية: Katy Perry‏)، مغنية وكاتبة أغان أمريكية. ​

بدأت شهرتها في 2007 بأغنية بثت عبر الإنترنت بعنوان يو آر سو غاي "Ur So Gay"، وفي 2008 أطلقت أغنيتها المنفردة آي كيسد ذا غيرل "I Kissed a Girl" والتي ترشحت عنها لجائزة أفضل أداء نسائي في حفل جوائز الغرامي الحادي والخمسين في فبراير 2009. ​

بيري ولدت ونشأت في مدينة سانتا باربرا لوالدين قسيسين حيث نشأت لتستمع لموسيقى الجوسبال فحسب حيث لم تسمح لها أمها بالاستماع لأي نوع آخر من الموسيقى. حصلت على شهادة GED الدراسية الأمريكية العليا، وكانت قد بدأت بمتابعة دروسها في الموسيقى أثناء الدراسة. كما أنضمت لكونسرفاتوار جنوبي كاليفورنيا "Music Academy of the West"، كما درست الأوبرا الإيطالية لبعض الوقت.​

أطلقت ألبوما لموسيقى الجوسبال في 2001 وبحلول 2004 سجلت ألبوما من إنتاج مجموعة الإنتاج الموسيقي الأمريكية ذا ميتركس "The Matrix" لكن لم يتم اصدار الألبوم. بعد غنائها في 2007 لصالح مجموعة كابيتول ميوزك "Capitol Music Group" التابعة لشركة إي إم آي "EMI" للإنتاج الموسيقي والترفيه اتخذت من اسم "كاتي بيري" كاسم فني لها وأصدرت أول ألبوم رئيسي لها حاملا عنوان ون أوف ذا بويز "One of the Boys" والذي بيعت منه 800.000 نسخة في الولايات المتحدة وحدها بحلول فبراير 2009.
